We try our best to ship the products within 2 business days and it approximately takes about 3-8 business days for it to be delivered to you. Public holidays may result into delay of shipping.

We do our best to process order cancellations as long as the products are not shipped out.

Don’t worry! We will gladly accept return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned products MUST be in original condition (unopened, unused, undamaged) and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Customers are responsible for return postage fee.  Refund transactions take 3-5 working days from the arrival of your returned products. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If a product is wrongly delivered or damaged in transit, please email us as soon as possible with all the details (original tax invoice, product description, product packaging and parcel packaging). After assessment, we will refund all delivery charges including returned postage fee.

Online orders can be returned online only.

Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, in the rare instance that you’ve had an allergic reaction, please discontinue use of the product and take a photo of the reaction. As a sign of good faith, we will issue a store credit once we received your returned item. As proof of symptoms, please make sure you present us with a doctor’s certificate and less than 10% usage is necessary.
